Who's In First, LLC Terms of Service

1. To use Who's In First you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Who's In First reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any customer at any time.
2. You will be required to register at Who's In First to access any section of the http://www.whosinfirst.com ("Website") where proof of identity may be necessary according to the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
3. It is the sole responsibility of registered members to safeguard their Username and Password. If a third party accesses a member's account, with or without the consent or knowledge of the account holder, the action is deemed valid and refunds will not be made. If a member mislays his or her account details, or suspects another person knows these details, it is the member's responsibility to inform Who's In First and request a new Account ID and Password.
4. Who's In First does not report any information relating to members' accounts, winnings or losses to any government agencies. It is, therefore, your own responsibility to report any winnings to your respective authorities if this is applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the Who's In First Member to ensure that he or she is fully compliant with all laws relating to online activity and/or usage in the jurisdiction of the Member's lawful residence. Who's In First, its agents and its affiliates shall in no way accept liability in situations where a Member is in breach of any state, national or international laws.
6. Who's In First reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. In this event, or in the event of a customer choosing to close their own account, any existing action will stand and the full account balance will be paid out after completion of all the events.
7. Who's In First is not responsible for any score, schedule or related information that appears on the Website.
8. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to abide by Who's In First's stated Rules and Regulations. These rules are subject to change and revision by Who's In First without prior notice.
